Sync Into Self

As you might have noticed, we’re very into the idea of bringing our full selves to our relationships, to work, and to the world. Being able to stand in our power, intuition, and perspective is the afterglow of nurturing that inner flame that exists in all of us. But in the midst of the day-to-day demands, it’s easy for the core relationship of our lives—relationship with self—to fade into background noise.

The breath is always an invitation to return.

Consider this a wink from the universe, a permission slip of sorts, to take five minutes and pause—to, in the words of poet David Whyte, “drop down into that empty room beneath the breath.” Find a comfortable place to sit, close your eyes, and push play on this playlist. Whether you have 17 minutes and 22 seconds (the playlist in its entirety) or only time for the first song, breathe deeply and see what you find.
